Refund policy

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to request a return via e-mail at astraunderwear@gmail.com

Underwear bottoms such as Tanga/Briefs/Bikini Bottoms/Thongs can't be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Any return requested outside the specified timeframe will not be refunded.

The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.

The product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels must be included.

There is a fee of €10 for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
